What's the difference between Ritual History, Keep My Nights and remembering themes?
They do three different things.
Ritual History lets you replay recent generated rituals for about 30 days.
Keep My Nights is off by default. Turn it on if you also want to see the words you wrote. Those are kept for 45 nights and can be deleted whenever you choose.
Remember themes between nights lets Tonight notice recurring themes and gently shape future rituals around them. It doesn't require keeping the words you wrote. Turn it off and every night starts fresh.
You control all three under Settings → Privacy & Data.
